Instant Calorie Calculator ("we", "our") operates the free online calorie calculator at instantcaloriecalculator.com. This policy explains what information we do and don't collect when you use the calculator, converter, guides, and contact options on this site. By using the site, you agree to this policy.

Age, gender, height, weight, body-fat percentage, activity level, and target weights you enter are processed entirely in your browser with JavaScript. They are never sent to, stored on, or processed by our servers — we don't operate user accounts or a backend database, so there is nothing to link your inputs to your identity.

If you use "Copy Summary", the text is copied to your own clipboard only.

The only thing we persist is your theme preference (light or dark mode), saved in your browser's localStorage under the key theme. It never leaves your device. Clearing your browser's site data removes it.

We load fonts from Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com / fonts.gstatic.com) to render the site's typography.
